WCIG offers employment, disability, youth and training programs across Melbourne’s West and Geelong. Crealo was engaged to help visualise WCIG’s Customer Journey map.

The first infographic is a simplified journey map, giving an overview of the main process of how job seekers choose and get involved with the services offered by WCIG.

We then develop a staff guide in the form of a booklet, combined graphics from the customer’s view of the journey, and fleshing out the tasks involved at each stage.

WCIG focuses particularly on employment programs for people experiencing disadvantage. We took on the challenge of representing this complex journey in a detailed and coherent picture that is still friendly and engaging. The resulting infographic is a large size poster, to help staff and clients visualise the different stages, options and their progress in their journey towards employment.
