Carole Felmy
Information designer
Born in France, I graduated as a Telecommunication engineer at IMT Nord Europe in 1997. After working in the IT industry in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Canada and the US, I had children and moved to Australia.
I launched this design practice in 2009 – Crealo (meaning ‘create it’ in Spanish), at first offering web and graphic design services. My attention soon shifted towards infographics and presentation design: my strength is in combining creativity with sense-making, to bring clarity and make an impact.
I love learning, synthesizing and translating complex ideas into visuals. Over the last few years, I have created hundreds of infographics, illustrations and presentations for well-known clients from a variety industries, including healthcare, biotech, medical research, academia, communication, environment, and more. I have been very fortunate to collaborate with inspiring leaders and researchers, fulfilling my curiosity and fascination for science (my childhood’s dream job was to be a doctor without border or a comic book illustrator!).
