Context:

WCIG offers employment, disability, youth and training programs across Melbourne’s West and Geelong.

Crealo was engaged to help visualise WCIG’s Customer Journey map.

The infographic offers a simple overview of how job seekers choose to get involved with WCIG, and the stages towards them gaining employment.

We then develop a booklet for staff, combining graphics from the customer’s view of the journey, and outlining the processes and different tasks involved at each stage. We also a much more detailed infographic poster, for WCIG staff to have a visual summary at hand while supporting their clients.
