Context: GROW is an initiative tackling barriers to employment with a regional on-the-ground approach, and bringing together business, government and community. By working collaboratively to change everyday business practices, the GROW initiative aims to drive inclusive growth and create sustainable jobs for people currently experiencing difficulties.
Crealo has been engaged to graphic-record some of the consultation workshops in the Geelong and Colac area. We also helped with the design of review following the study by “Clearview” to communicate the insights and reflect on the start-up phase of the G21 initiative (extract below).
